The Fine Arts Gallery at St. Edward’s University presents the 2019 SEU Flatfile, an invitational exhibition including artwork regional visual artists in a variety of disciplines. Visitors are invited to browse through artist portfolios and view rotating installations of artwork selected by local and regional guest curators.

This will be the first SEU Flatfile exhibition held and is modeled after the flatfile at the H&R Block Artspace at the Kansas City Art Institute.  Artspace held it’s first flatfile in 2001 which was held in conjunction with the Pierogi Flatfiles exhibition featuring flatfiles from Joe Amrhein’s Pierogi Gallery in Brooklyn, N.Y. The Kansas City Flatfile has since become a biennial invitational exhibition featuring a wide range of work by emerging and established artists from the Kansas City area
