In this interactive session, participants will discuss how to  craft learning goals that will help them make decisions about course and assignment design. By designing with the ends in mind (taking a Backward Design approach), instructors are positioned to make choices about content and activities.  Our goal with this session is to provide all participants with a framework for developing or revising courses that can pivot to multiple modalities, in the hopes of reducing workload in these uncertain times and providing a strong foundation for semesters to come.
