Event Description
Careers in Modern Languages is an opportunity for you to learn more about internships and jobs available to individuals with the ability to speak and understand multiple languages.  Each panelist will also represent organizations that frequently recruit students and recent alumni for internship and/job opportunities.  

Agenda
Check-In & Pre-Event Networking: 5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Panel Discussion: 5:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Table Rotations/Networking: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Format Structure of Event

Panel Discussion
This event will begin with a brief panel discussion where one representative will discuss how speaking another language has influenced their careers.

Roundtable Networking
After the panel concludes, each employer will be assigned a table. Then, all attendees will divide themselves into smaller groups and rotate from each table (employer) every 15 minutes. This is a great opportunity for employers to discuss opportunities available at their organization and for you to ask questions of professionals in this field.
