Practicing mindfulness on a daily basis can help one live in the present, not dwell on the negatives, and develop an acceptance and even appreciation for all things that happen in life - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Join us on this evening as our peer health educators rotate through several different mindfulness techniques that you can practice so then you can continue to use these techniques through the rest of the semester!
