Introduction to Tai Chi and Kung Fu

Join RecWell for an introduction class to Tai Chi and Kung Fu. In the class we will cover a variety of core movements in the Chinese arts, you will be lead through a short meditation, breathing exercise, and introduced to several different ways to practice the art of movement. No experience or athletic ability necessary, please wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to have devices silenced/turned off.
