Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and take a mental break. It can be hard to carve out time to meditate, especially if it's your first time and you have no idea what you're doing! Our peer health educator will be hosting a meditation basics session to share some meditation techniques, resources, and benefits. We'll also run everyone through a short meditation demo to get your started!
