October is here and stuff is starting to pile up! There are assignments due, tests to be taken, internship hours to finish, and the list goes on! Part of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week (Oct 7 - Oct 10) is to create space for students to talk about their stress and provide resources, strategies, skills, and opportunities for everyone to engage in their own version of self-care, whatever it may look like! We will provide free hot tea, honey, a variety of tea flavors, some snacks, and a group of non-judgemental, open, and helpful peer health educators who are ready to help you tackle on the rest of the semester and brainstorm ways you can de-stress!!
