This week's meditation will focus on setting intentions for the new school semester as well as the year. Come and take a break from the hectic first weeks of classes, and ground yourself in your goals and mindset for the upcoming weeks!
Free meditation sessions are offered every other Tuesday at the RAC Seminar Room. No experience required. The meditations sessions have a theme every week and are led by trained peer health educators. Pillows and blankets are provided. It is recommended to register for your spot on IMLeagues under "Mind/Body Classes". If this is your first time, you may simply drop-in and we will help you make an IMLeagues account for future use!
