Virtual Fitness Class: Meditation

A 30 minute guided Meditation will be offered every Tuesday April 7 - 28 at 4:30-5:00PM (CST).

Meditation Schedule:

Tuesday, April 7, 4:30 - 5pm: Daily Stress Relief

Tuesday, April 14, 4:30 - 5pm: Loving-Kindness

Tuesday, April 21, 4:30 - 5pm: Letting go of Fixing

Tuesday, April 28, 4:30 - 5pm: Advanced Body Scan
