Join RecWell and campus partners to reduce your pre-finals stress, virtually! Though classes have moved to online, there are surely many of you who will still have finals in the form of papers, tests, projects, and other deadlines. We want to help you stay connected to your peers, squeeze in some moments of stress relief and practice some stress reduction through the help of campus partners and their resources. Please check back later in April for a schedule of virtual events and opportunities, such as DIY stress relief activities, virtual pet therapy, & follow-along fitness class.
