About this Event
Free EventDo you feel like you're on auto-pilot sometimes and need a moment to be more mindful and present during your day? Meditation can substantially help with re-centering, becoming fully present in the moment, and appreciate life as it is with every breath you take. Mindfulness arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.
The peer health educators are so excited to offer free, 30-minute weekly meditation sessions every Thursday! Join us at Library Rm#141 to take part in an experience that can be beneficial for your mental, emotional, physical well-being. It is open to ALL students, faculty and staff. Meditation is for EVERYONE. You don't need to fit a certain stereotype to practice meditation and mindfulness. You just gotta show up and we will take over from there :)
