Do you feel like you're on auto-pilot sometimes and need a moment to be more mindful and present during your day? Meditation can substantially help with recentering, becoming fully present in the moment, and appreciate life as it is with every breath you take. Mindfulness arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally.

The peer health educators are so excited to offer free, 30-minute weekly meditation sessions every Thursday! Join us at Library Rm#141 to take part in an experience that can be beneficial for your mental, emotional, physical well-being. It is open to ALL students, faculty and staff. Meditation is for EVERYONE. You don't need to fit a certain stereotype to practice meditation and mindfulness. You just gotta show up and we will take over from there :)
